Importance of Dryland Training for Divers

Efficiency - on average 5x training efficiency. at pool divers average one dive every 4 to 8 minutes depending on the line. Dryland training provides multiple repetitions in a much more compact timeframe. At pool - Smart divers use the time between dives to do dryland training or specific action repetition.

Skill Mastery - Dives are a sequence of specific actions. Dryland provides the opportunity to break down each action into its most basic parts. Doing the little things perfectly assemble into great things masterfully.

Impact - diving is an impact sport. dryland training strengthens the body to better be able to handle impact in addition to injury prevention.
