I watched a show on live television tonight on a channel called "Curiosity Stream" on risk and techniques to help overcome fear of trying. I searched YouTube as i missed the first 30 min and had no luck. I did find they are on Amazon Prime for a 7 day free trial - then 2.99/month.
I signed up for the free trial and after reviewing shows I settled with one on - The Quest for the Perfect Athlete. I was blown away on the integration on physiology, neuroscience, and ways to mentally achieve the next level. I set a reminder to cancel in 7 days, but after my 2nd show, I think this may be a staple in my viewing diet. If you have a chance -
