Start buy doing a brief 1 to 3 minutes cardiovascular exercise to get body temperature and heart rate elevated. Diver jumping jacks, Jogging, Burpee's all do this effectively. Once body temperature is elevated then work through our stretching routine holding each stretch for10 to 15 seconds pulling deeper.

CP Dive Club is a non-profit youth and adult diving team teaching springboard and platform diving. We train at Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) in Walnut, CA Monday - Saturday.
